MY CREATIVE PROCESS

When starting my project, I first sketched out a few drafts for how I want my overall video to play out. I drew panels for each scene I want my video to have, took notes on the details to include in each scene, and searched for a medium to create my video and animation. After doing some research online and watching some tutorial videos, I ultimately decided to use a video-making software called Filmora X and Alight Motion. After deciding on my medium, I next started searching for images that I can use for the first part of my video. I was able to find a couple of good images online. After gathering enough images, I started looking for music in royalty free music sites. When I found the music that fit with my overall layout of the trailer, I began to create the first part of my video by editing the images, timing them so that it would fit with the beat of the music, and adding transitions. When I finished creating the first part of the video, I began drawing the scenes I need for the animation. At the same time, I started working on filming scenes outside and editing the scenes to fit with the video and music. Finally, when I finished editing the films and drawing all the scenes, I focused on working on the animation portion and fitting them together with the overall video.
